I’m Jaime Del Rio. Couples choose to work with me for the wisdom & peace of mind I bring to their day. Pretty Pictures & Video are simply a by-product of my unique approach and system. My excited, yet poised and professional demeanor make for the perfect wedding personality to guide you through your day. My style of shooting & editing are adjusted to suit your tastes.

Basically… I shoot Photo and Video at the same time.


Sometimes I shoot Bright and sometimes Moody. There are definitely times when it’s best to keep things looking as authentic as possible. (like during formal group pictures) Other times it’s all about the sun flares of a golden sunset, a silhouette, and bold pops of color.


REGARDLESS of what the situation is on the wedding day, the goal is always to deliver a fun and easy experience while producing imagery that is:

Oh where to begin – Jamie is an exceptionally talented photographer and he is truly wonderful to work with! My husband and I are so grateful to have worked with him for our wedding. From the very beginning, he walked us through the planning process and helped us by providing great recommendations. Neither my husband nor I are too comfortable in front of the camera and Jamie helped us relax and created the most beautiful photographs. Our wedding venue was sort of unconventional and he dove in to find wonderful places for pictures – guiding us to spots we hadn’t thought of! In looking at all of the photos, he captured every single one of our guests and everyone loved him! His patience and kindness were so appreciated and I hope I get to work

We worked with Jaime for both our surprise engagement photos and wedding photos. We fell in love with the work he did for my Husbands sisters weddings and knew we’d hire him for our as well. During the event he made sure to try and get as many of the photos styles I had sent him as possible. He did a fantastic job setting up the bridal party and us. You can tell through his work that he has a vision and knows what to do to capture that vision and make all the photos beautiful. We’ve gotten a sneak peak of our wedding photos and they are so beautiful words fail me. I would recommend him to everyone! Very professional and great at his job!! Couldn’t be happier and I can’t wait to see the rest of the photos!!

Honestly, his attention to detail is everything! At our reception, I changed into a different dress, took my veil and tiara off, pinned my hair just a little differently with hairpins that said LOVE--he captured those hairpins during our first dance. Nobody noticed BUT HE DID and we thought it to be an exceptional eye to detail. Thank you!
